Mental Illness Services

The mental illness unit provides a high standard of multi-disciplinary treatment and care for men with enduring mental health needs who require either a low or medium secure environment.

The service objective is to engage patients in a meaningful treatment and rehabilitation programme to meet their identified needs. The focus of the programme is to enhance and develop the skills of the patient to enable them to move as quickly as possible through the care pathway.
